For years we've dreamed of bringing together our two loves: The beautiful and diverse state of Arizona together with hand crafted, artisanal ales. While backpacking the wondrous depths of Arizona we forged ideas that would one day become Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. Well, here we are! We will continue our endeavor into the remote beauties of both the Arizona Wilderness and Craft Beer.

Our belief is that beer is more than a beverage to guzzle on Sundays, just another beverage at the party, or cheap yellow fizzy stuff dad drank while wearing his dirty flannel shirts. Beer is culture and we have a true PASSION for this amazing beverage! Check out our food menu, as it was created to pair quite nicely with our fine ales. C’mon in and see what we are up to next!

Monastic Series 
  • Santa Teresa Enkel 5.2% - This crisp, elegant beer reflects its Belgian water profile with pilsner malt and a clean finish.
  • Baboquivari Belgian Blonde 6.9% - A soft sweetness from continental pilsner malt & a slight touch of honey malt. Styrian Golding and Tettnanger hops set a firm, herbal hop balance to 22lbs. of some of the finest local, spring honey you’ll ever taste. Don’t call this Blonde your honey. She is probably too sophisticated for you!  

American Pub Ales

  • Refuge IPA 6.8% - Our West Coast IPA brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade, and Columbus hops   
  • Estrella Pale Ale 5.9% - Balanced American Pale Ale dry hopped with Mosaic and Nugget. Flaked Oats add unique mouth-feel and body.
  • Lil Guy Rye 3.9% - A delightful rye session beer, with the signature goose berry aroma from Nelson Sauvin hops. Easy drinking with great hop character and just enough hop bitterness. 
  • Basic Not Boring 4.8% - This is a beer for brewers and those blue collar folks who desire a cold one after a 12hr shift. You won't find in a dive bar as the "long neck special" though. Subtle characteristics of pilsner malt, local Sonoran white wheat and herbal noble hops shine through to give it just enough complexity to not be considered your typical light beer. Hops include Mandarina Bavaria, Opal and Sylva.
Farmhouse Saisons
  • Table Top Saison 4.0% - This hoppy "table" Saison is refreshing and dry. Drop hops and complexity and citrus. 
Sour/Brettanomyces Ales
  • Pine Mountain Sour Pale Ale 5.7% - This pale combines the sweetness and breadiness with the tart and funky flavors of the sour process, with some spruce tips thrown in for depth of flavor.
  • Blood Orange Gose 4.8% - A SOUR/SALTY wheat ale with AZ blood oranges (Steadfast Farm), AZ salt & Sonoran White Wheat (Hayden Flour Mills).
  • Smoked Apple Gose 4.8% - Historically close to the Lichtenhainer style, the flavor of this Gose accentuates lactobacillus tartness with smokiness from local apples, smoked at Little Miss BBQ, and local salt. Portion of proceeds from this beer go directly to the Wildland Firefighters Foundation in honor of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots. 
  • Graham's Watermelon Gose 4.8% - A SOUR/SALTY wheat ale with AZ watermelon (Hauser Farms), AZ salt & Sonoran White Wheat (Hayden Flour Mills).
