For years we've dreamed of bringing together our two loves: The beautiful and diverse state of Arizona together with hand crafted, artisanal ales. While backpacking the wondrous depths of Arizona we forged ideas that would one day become Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. Well, here we are! We will continue our endeavor into the remote beauties of both the Arizona Wilderness and Craft Beer.

Our belief is that beer is more than a beverage to guzzle on Sundays, just another beverage at the party, or cheap yellow fizzy stuff dad drank while wearing his dirty flannel shirts. Beer is culture and we have a true PASSION for this amazing beverage! Check out our food menu, as it was created to pair quite nicely with our fine ales. C’mon in and see what we are up to next!

  • Muck Elbow Mild (Black Forest) 4.2% - Inspired from an English game, Muck Elbow...our brewers created this beauty influenced from Buxton England! This collaboration with Tea Royalty displays a fruity character.     
  • Muck Elbow Mild (Pu-erh) 4.2% - This collaboration with Tea Royalty features flavors of Toffee, Hazelnut, Caramel and Chocolate.  ***Nut allergy***
  • Refuge IPA 6.8% - Our West Coast IPA brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade, and Columbus hops.   
  • Tropical Storm 6.8% - Jared Veldheer collab Extra Pale Ale showcasing Galaxy hops.
  • Estrella Pale Ale 5.4% - Balanced American Pale Ale dry hopped with Mosaic and Nugget. Flaked Oats add unique mouth-feel and body.
  • Roosevelts 8.2% - The Passing of the Wilderness Act and the Repealing of Prohibition inspired this progressive hop forward ale. Belma, Equinox and Galaxy are showcased in the dry hop, providing aromas that range from strawberry/cherry and pine, to creamsicle and wet evergreen forest.
  • Superstition Coffee Stout 6.6% - Oatmeal stout base w/ Superstition Coffee and Madagascar Vanilla beans create the perfect AZ coffee stout!
  • Peloncillo Porter 7.3% - Brown Porter w/ locally grown dates and cinnamon. 
  • Integrity Brews 6.5% - Jimmy Eat World Collaboration, second in our Dirty Hop Water Series. This cloudy, juicy, single hop IPA uses Mosaic hops, Blue Beard Barley, and Sonoran White Flour.
 Farmhouse Saisons
  • Connection Saison 5.9% -  All AZ born Wilderness inpsired ale!!!  Copper Hop Ranch, Hauser Farm & The Nature Conservancy collaborated to bring this to life!
  • Galiuro Grisette 3.3% - Farmhouse table beer with notes of citrus zest. 
  • Futures Saison 6.8% - A spicy saison with locally foraged prickly pears and bay leaves. 
  • Desert Lavendar Saison 6.5% - Farmhouse Saison finished with locally foraged lavender. 
  • Wet Beaver Wit 6.3% - A Farmhouse Witbier with coriander and soft earthy tones. Citrus driven dry hops balance the rustic nature of the local beets (Steadfast Farm).
  • Sweet Potato Saison 7.1% - A farmhouse saison with brown sugar and 150 pounds of sweet potato added.
Sour/Brettanomyces Ales

 Monastic Series 
  • Aravaipa Abbey Dubbel 7.4% - Styrian Golding hops pair w/ malt notes of light chocolate and caramel along w/ dark fruit esters of plums, figs, and dates.
